Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking can be done as pre booking only.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the expedition departure: A refund of 40% of the total trip cost will be provided.
- Cancellations made between 20 to 15 days before departure: 80% of the total trip cost will be retained, with only 20% refunded.
- No refunds or cancellations are allowed once the trip has commenced.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date of cancellation. This timeline does not account for delays caused by your bank, weekends, or local and national holidays.
- No refunds will be issued for disruptions caused by natural calamities or other unforeseen events.
