Majestic Ladakh is an experiential adventure based travel company which operates with the combination of soft, leisure tour and hard adventure tours in Ladakh, India. We are team with young experienced professionals with vision, perception, leadership, reputation and consistency. The objective of the company is to showcase what an unexplored mountains has to offer and offer experiential adventures of the mountain regions to global tourist, we develop more locally curated tours based on locally available products and services, considering the concept of soft, leisure and hard adventure tourism activities professionally. Moreover, we focuses on the concept of developing and operating more sustainable tourism like minimal carbon footprint, more utilisation of locally available human resources and valuable ethical workspace. His academic journey is as impressive as his passion for travel, holding a Bachelor of Technology degree from the esteemed National Institute of Technology Calicut, Kerala. Not stopping there, Jikmet further enriched his knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master of Science in International Tourism Management from the University of Surrey, United Kingdom. This blend of technical proficiency and specialized education in tourism has equipped him with a unique perspective on sustainable adventure and quality tourism experiences.

- Basic, Advanced, and Intermediate Mountaineering Courses, culminating in the completion of the Intermediate Mountaineering Course II in 2023.

Dorjey Stanzin
Dorjey is the one the reputed Snowleopard , wild life animals & birds guide in Ladakh . His love for the Snowleopard and wild life are infinity. Born in the village of Skiu in Ladakh in 1978, Dorjey with his strong determination and hard work rose quickly to become a Snow leopard, wild life and trekking guide with experience of 25 years in the field. He worked with Wild life Protection Leh and Snowleopard conservancy for so many years. Currently he is also helping the Wild life protection Leh for Surying or studying Snowleopard's lifestyles in hemis National Park Ladakh. He worked as a director in Youth Association for conservancy and Development of Hemis National Park for more than 10 years.... He also helped villagers in sustainable development and culture development through YAFCAD. If you have great love for Snowleopard, wildlife animals and birds, Dorjey is the best option to meet your love one. Fun loving ,caring and very straight forward Dorjey has great leadership qualities. With his large experience continues to be a very popular guide in Ladakh.
Tsering Phunchok
Mr Tsering Phunchok, the transport manager of our company who always gives his best effort to manage and arrange transportation facilities to all our guests no matter how big the group size is. He himself drives and takes clients to all the places of Ladakh including Manali and Srinagar. Every client who gets to meet Mr Phunchok as a driver always ends up hugging him up because of his kindness and care to the guest is something extraordinary which he has been doing for more than 20 years. Furthermore, he has been hosting tourists from all over the world to mention few includes United Kingdom, Switzerland, Italy, France, South Korea, Thailand and many more.
Tsetan Dolma
Majestic Ladakh proudly presents Tsetan Dolma, our pioneering female guide, embodying our commitment to women empowerment and sustainable travel. Born in Skindiyang, Tsetan transformed financial challenges into a remarkable journey through the Himalayas, now leading with over a decade of guiding experience.
Tsetan's credentials shine with a graduation in arts and language proficiencies in English, French, and Hindi, enhancing her ability to connect across cultures. Her guiding portfolio boasts successful expeditions to notable peaks such as Stok-Kangri, Kangtse-2, Dzo-jongo, Riponi-ri, and Nun Mountain, reflecting her expertise in navigating the rugged terrains of Ladakh and the scenic trails of Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand.
Her professional acumen is validated by esteemed certifications from HMI Darjeeling, NIM Uttarkashi, and advanced courses in Nepal (IMC-1, IMC-2), alongside a special cultural guide certificate from LBA & Ladakh Tourism. Stanzin's journey began in the quaint village of Skindiyang, and at the age of 26, she has already carved a niche for herself in the realm of cultural guidance.
With a graduation degree from EJM College, Leh, and currently advancing her education with a master's in Tourism through IGNOU, Stanzin embodies a blend of academic excellence and practical expertise. Her proficiency in French, English, and Hindi, alongside her native Ladakhi, enables her to bridge cultures, making her tours an enriching experience for international visitors.
Stanzin's guiding career, spanning over five years, is distinguished by her deep knowledge of Leh and its surrounding valleys including Sham, Aryan, Nubra, Changthang, Zanskar, and Kargil. Her ability to navigate through these diverse landscapes while unraveling the stories embedded in their monasteries and landmarks has made her an invaluable asset to our team.
Her commitment to sustainable and responsible tourism is underscored by her consecutive participation in the Ladakh Eco Guide Training Program, earning certificates in 2019, 2020, and 2022. Furthermore, her linguistic skillset is enhanced by the DELF B1 certification in French, ensuring she can cater to a broad audience.
